My car was totaled and I came here in a rental and somehow when I got out to retrieve the items in my car, the rental car doors locked - with the key in the ignition. Although the rental agency I got the rental through was DIRECTLY across the street, they claimed to not have a spare and the guys here helped me get the door opened. I was VERY appreciative - especially after having gone through the process of totaling out your car. Thanks a million!
